Landing page and idea you responded to.
Consent records and privacy policy version.
Optional analytics events only if analytics consent is given.

Why we process data

To respond to your waitlist or interview request.
To evaluate early demand for startup ideas.
To improve landing pages and validation experiments.
To comply with privacy and consent obligations.

Legal basis

We process submitted contact details based on your consent and your request to be contacted. Optional analytics is processed only when you consent to analytics tracking.

Processors

We may use infrastructure and communication providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Resend and PostHog. We do not intentionally send your email, name or company to AI models for experiment analysis.

Retention

Validation leads are normally retained for up to 180 days unless we need to retain them longer for an active commercial relationship, legal obligation or ongoing request.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent.
